Festival Schedule

To help you plan your festival experience, below is a schedule of events leading up to Race Day. It is highly recommended that registered and paid teams take advantage of their 1 free practice that is available to them.

Before Race Day

Saturday Morning 8/23/2025
  • 8:45 am - 1:00 pm – Local team practices available to schedule

Tuesday Evening 9/2/2025

  • 5:45 pm - 8:00 pm – Local team practices available to schedule

Thursday Evening 9/4/2025

  • 5:45 pm - 8:00 pm – Local team practices available to schedule

Friday 9/5/2025

  • 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm – Access to venue available to setup / decorate your team tent and see the course
  • 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm – Out of Town Team Practices

Race Day

Saturday 9/6/2025

Pre-Racing

  • 6:30 am – Team Check-in Opens
  • 7:45 am – Captain Meeting, Steersperson Meeting, Drummer’s Meeting, Team Warm-up
  • 8:00 am – Opening Ceremony and National Anthem

Qualifying Heats

  • 8:30 am - 12:10 pm – Heats 1 and 2

Lunch Break, Rose Ceremony and “Best of” Awards

  • 12:15 pm - 1:00 pm
  • Rose Ceremony
  • “Best of” Awards
    • Best Team Tent Decorations
    • Best Team Name
    • Best Team T-Shirt

Divisional Finals

  • 1:10 pm - 2:30 pm – Divisional Finals Races

Medal Awards

  • 2:45 pm - 3:00 pm – 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals in each Division awarded
