Kentucky Dragon Boat Festival Team Registration

Welcome to the Team Registration page for the Kentucky Dragon Boat Festival. The following fee structure will be in place for the 2025 Festival:

• $899 - Corporate Teams
• $699 - Community, Health Care, and Education Teams (includes Club Teams)
• $499 - Breast Cancer Survivor / All Cancer Survivor Teams

The following Divisions will be in place. Please select the appropriate Division based on your Team’s make up:

• Mixed - this division is for teams that practice together ONCE just before the festival (Men and Women BUT must have a minimum of 8 women in the boat for each race)
• Women’s (Women only)
• Breast Cancer Survivor / All Cancer Survivor - this division is for teams that practice together multiple times a month (Women only)
• Mixed Club - this division is for teams that practice together multiple times a month (Men and Women BUT must have a minimum of 8 women in the boat for each race)

What is included in your registration?

• 1 Free Practice
• Use of PFD (Life Vest), Paddles, Dragon Boat, Drummer and Steersperson

Cancellation policy

The Festival Race Director will make the call if the Festival needs to be cancelled due to weather conditions and safety concerns. Team Captains will be notified via email either the night before or the morning of the Festival depending on weather forecasts. If the Festival is cancelled, all Team/Vendor Registration Fees and Tent Rental Fees will be considered a Donation and the Festival will not be rescheduled.
